I’m Anushka, a 17 year-old currently residing in India. If it’s not already obvious, I love reading and writing. I’ve been reading novels since I was around eight, and though I’ve always been interested in writing, I only really began to write about two-three years ago.
I read all kinds of books (except horror) and my favorite genres are adult historical, literary and cultural fiction, fantasy (YA and adult) and psychological thrillers. I initially used to write short stories, but have recently started penning down poems too 🙂
I’m a commerce student, currently clueless as to exactly what I want to do ahead, but taking it slow and most of my plan is to ‘go with the flow’. Apart from literature, I love TV shows and movies, music, travelling and spending time with friends and family.

I am deeply interested in psychology. I’ve found that studying psychology has really helped me with my writing, so that my characters are realistic.
One thing I must say: cut the aspiring out of your writer-ing! You are not an aspiring writer, you ARE a writer! I don’t know what all you write, but I know you write this blog, which means you write, which means you are a writer! Be proud of yourself! You are awesome! And you are a writer!
